FFL-2 is the fluid the factory approves for both first fill and service fill in DSG double-clutch gearboxes — which means the fluid that goes in at the service bay is the same chemistry the transmission was born with. It is fully synthetic, and its friction behaviour is engineered specifically for clutch-pack feel and wear protection.
The kit format matters: cross-referenced against OEM part numbers G052182A2 and 02E-305-051-C, it packs the fluid and the service parts together so a forty-thousand-mile DSG service happens in one order, not three. One note from the label — do not blend it with other gear oils.
