The listing is unusually frank about the FFL philosophy: the clutch friction characteristics are tailored to each gearbox and are not interchangeable across variants. That is the opposite of a universal fluid — and it is why double-clutch transmissions that get the right FFL grade shift the way they did on delivery day.
Beyond friction, the blend holds the supporting lines: corrosion protection for the hardware and foam resistance so the hydraulic side of the gearbox keeps a solid, consistent grip on its clutches.
